Summary
This summer, Ruth and I are heading to George, South Africa (my 3rd time and Ruth’s 1st time). We go to continue to minister to the kids there Life Christian Academy where we are building relationships for years to come by investing resources and love to one of the poorest neighborhoods in this community.

About This Campaign
We are heading back to Life Christian Academy, a nonprofit organization in George, South Africa on July 3rd, 2025. LCS is a Christian school for the underprivileged in George, South Africa, which operates grades preschool to 8th grade, runs a daily community feeding program, a foster program, and retrains South African women to make a living wage by sewing, crocheting, and knitting and selling their goods.
As we did on the last trip, we will be running a “holiday club”, which is the South African equivalent of a vacation bible school here in the states. This holiday club will cater to some of the poorest of children in the surrounding area, where we will interact with native speakers of the Xhosa, Afrikaans and Zulu languages, and show them the love of Jesus through teaching God’s Word, games, and story telling.
We began to invest in this relationship with Life Christian Academy, and their amazing kids, and we can’t wait to go, pouring into them while serving as the hands and feet of Jesus. Our hope is to help equip and connect the teachers with skills and resources as we build God’s Kingdom together. Every willing heart can help!
We’ll will be giving periodic updates on the trip for everyone that donates, and we can’t wait to see what amazing things that God has in store for us on this trip to George.
