PJ and I are taking our first mission trip as a married couple! Last Year Brooklyn went to George South Africa to build a playground, and this year we are leading a trip to the same school and running a VBS for the students together!
Life Christian Academy is an incredible non profit School in George South Africa with 1st through 7th grade classrooms. They feed the students, teach them about Jesus, educate them, keep them safe while they play at school and so much more. These students are going to be on holiday, but most of their homes are not safe to go back to. In Addition, there are children in the community who do not get the chance to learn about Jesus, and gain education because their parents simply cannot send them to school, or refuse too. Our goal is to give the teachers a bit of a break, teach the students and children from the community about the Love of Jesus in a safe environment and bring over a fun, interactive, life changing VBS program about Friendship with God! We are expected to have 200-300 students register. We are so thankful for your support and generosity! We cannot wait to see how the Lord uses us, works in our own hearts, and grows us as a couple.
